Asset Protection (15 Year Term Plan)The 15 Year Level Term plan is a non-participating Term Life Policy with a level death benefit. This policy has Smoker and Non-Smoker rates. A Non-Smoker is someone who has not smoked cigarettes for the last 12 months. The premiums for this policy are calculated according to Age Last Birthday. There are three Bands available:
There is not a minimum face amount, however the annualized premium plus the policy fee must be $120.00. This amount does not include the extra premium for ratings. Policies with face amounts of $200,000 and over require underwriting approval before premium is collected. Premiums can be prepaid up to 15 years in advance. |
